PURPOSE: A subsidiary control device for mechanical TIG(tungsten inert gas) welding is provided to perform TIG welding safely and conveniently, to obtain TIG welding of high quality and to offer the convenience of carrying out and use by limiting the weight of a product within 20Kg. CONSTITUTION: A control power is led in via a fuse for protecting from an over current of the control power. A subsidiary transformer(40) transforms a power for oscillating a high frequency to 40V or 50V and other control powers to 20V. The transformed powers are rectified to DC by a bridge diode for rectification and connected to a rear end and supplied to respective control circuits. A trigger signal by an arc actuating signal(11) is received. The CR2 of a creator(120) is operated by the relation of the circuit via a contact point of CR1, a second trigger signal. The trigger signal is connected to a cooling machine control unit(150) and a gas control unit(140) via a contact point a. When an arc detecting signal unit(173) detects an arc, WCR is turned off. The circuits are electrically conducted. CR6 and CR5 are operated to actuate a cooling machine connected to the cooling machine driving unit. PL1 is lighted on when a power supply switch(S1) is turned on and a fuse(F1) is a normal state. Thereby, the existence of a disorder is easily confirmed by the PL1.
