PURPOSE: A rear time Internet television broadcasting service system and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to watch a program of his mother land in his mother language. CONSTITUTION: A method for rear time Internet television broadcasting service includes following steps. The rear time Internet television broadcasting service system according to the present invention includes a remote controller(30). At the first step of the service, a broadcasting program selected by the remote controller(30) is provided in real-time using the nation the user is in and the time zone of the nation. The service according to the present invention further includes following steps. At the first step, user information corresponding to the user connected to the system is read. At the second step, a registration form is displayed when the user is not registered. At the third step, the user registration form is received and an electric payment system is operated. At the third step, the validation is assured by the server, and the user is registered as a subscriber.
