PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify by constitution of a gearshift mechanism using a plurality of reversal levers. SOLUTION: A gear shift mechanism is used for a transmission which comprises by providing a plurality of shift gear rows, a plurality of clutches selecting the power transmission by the shift gear rows, and a plurality of shift forks actuating the clutches; and the gear mechanism selectively transmits the operating force of the shift levers to the shift forks so as to shift the gear. In this gear mechanism, at least, two operating force transmission systems out of a plurality of operating force transmission systems selectively transmitting the operating forces of the shit levers to a plurality of shift forks respectively have the reversal levers 65, 66 reversing the direction of the operating force respectively, and the reversal levers are swingably arranged about a common rocking shaft, namely a holding pin 67 respectively. |
