PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flowerpot having a simple water supplying mechanism, capable of culturing a plant without performing a fine water-supplying control and capable of holding a temperature in a pot lower than the air temperature. SOLUTION: This flowerpot has a bottom face part 10 in which a draining hole 10a is formed and composed of a porous raw material or a non-porous raw material, an outer wall part 11 upwardly extending from an outer periphery of the bottom face part 10 and composed of a porous raw material, an inner wall part 12 upwardly extending from inside of the bottom face part 10 to be connected with the outer wall part 11 and composed of a porous raw material, a water storage part 13 comprising a gap formed between the outer wall part 11 and the inner wall part 12 and communicating with the outside through a water supplying port 14 and storing water and a soil receiving part 17 composed of a space surrounded by the inner wall part 12 and receiving the soil 16 into which a plant P as a culturing object is planted. |
