PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the releasability of coated film and prevent the coated film from breaking and a peeling residue from remaining by a method wherein a releasing layer is formed with a fluorine-based resin on the inner surface of a coating and releasing mold. SOLUTION: By forming a releasing layer made of a fluorine-based resin on the inner surface of a cylindrical coating and releasing mold 1, a favorable releasability is obtained between a coated film 3 and the mold 1. Since the coated film 3 bonds to the coating and releasing mold 1 and does not break, the reuse of the coating and releasing mold becomes easy. When a peeling residue has remained, a coating liquid made of the same material as that of the peeling residue is coated thicker than usual on the peeling residue and heated and hardened. The peeling residue and the top coated thick recoated film 4 turn into an integral body since the residue and the film 4 have the same material. Simultaneously with the removal of the recoated film 4, the peeling residue is also removed. |
