PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fracture of a coating resin film, production of cracks, interlayer peeling, or the like, in a drawing or ironing process by forming a copolymer polyester resin film on at least one surface of an Al or Al alloy base body. SOLUTION: As for the copolymer polyester resin film, a polyethylene terephthalate resin, or the like, can be used, and the intrinsic viscosity of the resin film is preferably >=0.5 and <=1.2. The melting point of the resin film is preferably lower than 240 deg.C. A silane coupling agent is preferably made present between the Al or Al alloy base body and the copolymer polyester resin film. As for the silane coupling agent, for example,γ-aminopropyltriethoxy silane can be used. The coating amt. of the silane coupling agent is preferably controlled to obtain >=0.2 kcps and <=50 kcps of Si intensity measured with fluorescence X-rays. Thereby the adhesion property of the resin film can be improved.
