PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make removable fibrous impurities contained in a food or the like by providing a fiber removing means with a treating surface wherein a plurality of pieces of hook-shaped elements are protruded, and arranging the treating surface so as to come into contact with the food or food mixture. SOLUTION: In this food treating apparatus, a roll body 21 having a treating surface T comprising a face fastener on a surface is supported by a frame body 24, and the roll body 21 can be rotated in the same direction (in the arrow A6 direction). A rotary drive mechanism 22 can adopt a mechanism of transmitting a rotary force of a sprocket 22b of a motor 22a to a sprocket, or the like. By this food treater, food 1 fed from a feed part 23 is conveyed to a downstream side (the arrow A5 direction) while it rolls by rotation of the roll body 21 during coming in contact with the treating surface T of the surface of the roll body 21, and discharged from a discharge part 26. Though fibrous impurities are removed in this case, a contact area can be made more larger by adjusting the conveyance speed of each food 1 and the peripheral speed of the roll body 21. |
