<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably embody the continuous decomposition of crude refuse by energizing a thermal reaction shell connected to the discharge side of an injection pump to heat the shell and injecting a decomposition accelerator to the crude refuse in the shell, thereby decomposing the crude refuse. SOLUTION: A suction pipe 11 of the injection pump 8 is immersed into a crude refuse mixed water tank 10 and the thermal reaction shell 1 is connected to via an automatic control valve 7 for injection to the discharge side of the injection pump 8. A discharge port 9 is connected via a pressure control valve 5 to the shell 1. The thermal reaction shell 1 is energized via an electrode 2 and an adequate temperature and adequate pressure are maintained in the shell 1 by the effect of an automatic temperature controller 3 and automatic pressure controller 4 installed to the shell 1. The decomposition accelerator added from an decomposition accelerator injection port 6 is mixed with the crude refuse mixed water 14 introduced into the shell 1 in the manner described above to continuously induce the decomposition of the crude refuse by the decomposition accelerator. The refuse after the decomposition treatment is successively discharged from a discharge port 9.</p> |
