PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact actuator having high flexibility of a moving locus in a movable body and to increase the flexibility of a washing water discharging locus of the body washing device by using the actuator. SOLUTION: A bidet movable body NHI-11 is in an oscillating state at a nozzle head in a flange thereof, and magnetic operation sections NH1-18a-18c are opposed to electromagnetic coils NH1-33a-33c. The movable body is oscillated in a state to incline at a discharge-hole swing angleαto rotate without revolution by sequential excitation of the electromagnetic coils, and in accordance therewith, a bidet discharge hole NH1-10 is also oscillated, rotated and moved, and washing water is discharged from the discharge hole. In that case, the bidet discharge hole swing angleαcan be variable, and a discharge locus of washing water can be variously varied by variation in the swing angleα.
