PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cement a plurality of objects to each other without fail without poor cementing by applying a cementing medium between the objects, melting the medium by heating, jetting a cooling gas to the medium at a first-stage jetting pressure to solidify the surface layer of the medium, and jetting a cooling gas to the agent at a second-stage jetting pressure to solidify the inside of the medium. SOLUTION: To form a vibration gyro, supporting members are cemented to a bimorph vibrator with a cementing medium such as solder. A cementing medium is applied between objects and molten by heating. A cooling gas is jetted to the medium at a first-stage jetting pressure of 0.1-0.6 kg/cm2 which has been reached over about 4 sec. Next, in a second-stage, the jetting pressure is raised to 0.6-1.0 kg/cm2 over about 3 sec. When the cooling gas is jetted to the medium at a relatively low pressure in the first stage to solidify only the surface layer of the medium, the molten medium can be prevented from being scattered. Further, when the cooling gas is jetted to the medium at a relatively high jetting pressure in the second stage, the medium can be completely solidified to the inside.
