COATING FILM HAVING LATTICE-LIKE UNEVEN PATTERN, METHOD FOR FORMING THE SAME AND NOZZLE USED THEREIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film enhanced in soundproof effect as compared with a conventional one, a method for forming the same and a nozzle used in order to form the coating film. SOLUTION: The coating film 1 having a lattice-like uneven pattern on the surface thereof is formed by coating an article to be coated with a damping material. The damping material is ejected from a nozzle having a slot-like opening of which the height is repeatedly changed in the width direction of the opening and applied to the article to be coated while the nozzle and the article to be coated are relatively moved in the height direction of the opening to form uneven patterns extendending not only in the relative moving direction of the nozzle and the article to be coated but also in the direction crossing the relative moving direction. By this method, the coating film 1 having the lattice-like uneven pattern formed on the surface thereof is formed. The nozzle is provided to a coating gun and has a slot-like opening of which the height extends over the width direction of the opening.
