PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily increase the margin of a coil by efficiently arranging detection coils. SOLUTION: Two detection coils 31, 32 and a circuit board 4 are housed between a body 1a and a cover constituting a casing 1. A coil 7 is wound on the coil barrel part of a coil bobbin 5 and a pair of terminals 9a and 9b are insertion molded so as to project in the normal direction from one flange part. When the two coils 31, 32 are connected with the board 4, a sufficient gap is formed between inner terminals 9b, 9b and the mounting surface of the board 4. That is, since the terminals 9b, 9b on one side of the coils 31, 32 do not occupy the mounting surface of the board 4 and an electronic component 10 can be mounted at a position opposing the terminals 9b, the degree of freedom of the design of the circuit 4 is increased and the size of the bobbin 5 is increased as a result to increase the margin of the coil 7.
