HEATING PLATE AND ELECTRIC WAVE HEATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating plate for improving the uniformity of microwave distribution inside a heating chamber by providing a part having a different thickness and/or dielectric constant on a bottom part. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a heating chamber for housing an object to be heated, a magnetron for generating the microwaves of a prescribed frequency, a power feeding port provided on the wall of the heating chamber for radiating the microwaves generated by the magnetron to the heating chamber and a heating plate 15a provided with a part having the practically same dielectric constant and a different thickness and arranged inside the heating chamber for mounting the object to be heated. By the heating plate 15a, the propagation route of the microwaves inside the heating chamber is made multifold and the uniformity of the microwave distribution inside the heating chamber is improved.
