PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition which contains a stable human type substance having no difference between lots as a base and is used as a substance, or the like, for precision administration having excellent stability and peculiarity by including a recombinant human serum albumin prepared by gene recombinant technique. SOLUTION: By dissolving a recombinant human serum albumin prepared by gene recombinant technique into 10 mM Tris buffer solution(pH 7.2) containing 0.15 M sodium chloride so as to be 5 wt.% to prepare a recombinant human albumin base and adding a human being or animal-derived enzyme, protein or, the like to, this base, the objective composition, which contains a stable human type substance having no difference between lots as a base and is useful as a substance for precision administration having excellent stability and peculiarity, a standard substance or the like, is obtained.
