PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fish gathering effect without installing a fish-gathering light. SOLUTION: This float with an illumination is obtained by installing a light- generating parts 9a, 9b at the upper and lower ends of the float and using the upper end 9a as a mark and the lower end 9b as a fish-gathering light.
