PURPOSE: A method for producing a three-piece can for a self-cooling container is provided to decrease the metal-exposition degree by performing trimming, necking and seaming processes to a two-piece can in order and canning the two-piece can into the three-piece can. CONSTITUTION: A metal mold simplifying an unnecessary shape of a bottom is made up in a body maker process. The bottom of a two-piece can is cut by putting a cutting metal mold on outer and inner sides and rotating a product at a high speed in a necking and flanging process. The metal mold is put on the inner and outer sides of a body and a product is molded by rotating at a high speed in a necking process. The metal mold is put on the neck portion and the product is molded by rotating at a high speed in a flanging process. The product is completed by seaming an upper stopper.
