PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full enclosed die forging apparatus improving the productivity by executing debarring in the hollow part with one movement succeeded to a punching hole formation. SOLUTION: This full enclosed die forging apparatus is composed of an upper punch 11 arranged by penetrating an upper die plate 3 and an upper die 7, an upper piston 13 fitted to an upper die holder 1 so as to be freely elevated/lowered and lowering the upper punch 11 by receiving the pressurized force of slide 10, a lower punch 12 arranged by penetrating a lower die plate and a lower die 8, a lower piston 14 inserted in a supporting cylinder chamber 16 formed in a lower die holder 2 and elevating/lowering the lower punch 12, a throttle valve 36 inserted in the circuit communicating the upper cylinder 5 and a lower cylinder chamber 6 for deccelerating to half of the lowering speed of the upper and the lower die plates 3, 4 under die fastening state to the lowering speed of the upper piston 13, and a pilot check valve 39 inserted in a exhaust circuit 25 connected with the supporting cylinder chamber 16 for allowing/stopping the exhaust of hydraulic oil in the supporting cylinder chamber 16.
