PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition that reduces irritation caused by active ingredients, facilitates the production of pharmaceutical preparations, and retains good bioavailability and stability with time by spraying and granulating powder including active ingredients with a binder solution in which a light- weight silicic acid anhydride is dispersed. SOLUTION: Powder including active ingredients (preferably with an average particle size of 1-300μm) is sprayed with a binder (hydroxypropylcellulose) solution in which a light-weight silicic anhydride (preferably with an average particle size of 0.0001-0.1μm) is dispersed, and granulated. The active ingredients are the components to be supplied as medicines. Since these ingredients have bitterness and irritation, troubles are caused on the administration, or they melt at a low temperature as their deficient physico-chemical properties and troubles are caused in the production process (for example, in the case of ibuprofen). In a preferred embodiment, the binder solution includes 0.1-10 pts.wt. of the light-weight silicic anhydride per 1 pt.wt. of the hydroxypropylcellulose.
