PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the collection of a prescribed quantity of leaked fuel in an oil basin and prevent the firing of the fuel scattered in mist form within a casing by attachably and detachably providing a lid having the oil basin formed thereon on the mounting seat of an oil pan removing lid, and also providing a sensor on the oil basin. SOLUTION: A lid mounting seat 4 for removing the oil pan of an engine is formed on the bottom of a casing in which a diesel engine for driving a generator is set and a lid 5 is attachably and detachably mounted on the lid mounting seat 4. The lid 5 is formed of two lid plates 5a and 5b so as to facilitate the removal of the oil pan, oil basins 6a and 6b are formed on the lid plates 5a and 5b, respectively, and the fuel in each oil basin 6a, 6b is drainable through a drain valve. In this case, for example, a float switch 9 is provided within one oil basin 6a, as a sensor actuated when a prescribed quantity of the fuel is collected therein, so as to stop the engine by the ON-operation thereof.
