PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely drain water out with a circulating pump, and improve hygienic property and economical efficiency without imposing a burden on an user by arranging a drain port on the lower part of a casing of a circulating pump, and arranging an opening/closing valve capable of being driven from a control part of an apparatus to a drain pipe connected to the drain port. SOLUTION: In the case of a bath device for heating bathtub water, a drain plug 1a of a bathtub 1 is drawn out to drain water by a user. A drain switch in various kinds of switches 16 in a remote control unit 15 is operated, an opening/closing valve 13 is opened for a predetermined time to drain residual water in a circulating pump 10 and an intake pipe 6. In the case where a water feeding part 7 is connected to a bath device for heating water, an automatic switch in various kinds of switches 16 is operated after the drain plug 1a is attached again by the user, the opening/closing valve 13 is opened for a predetermined time after the water feeding valve 9 is opened to drain the residual water in the circulating pump 10 and the intake pipe 6. It is thus possible to simply and surely drain water in the circulating pump 10.
