PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior heat-insulating mold and its construction method having lightweight and superior workability, easily detaching the mold after placing concrete, and reusing the detached mold. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin mold which defines a lot of diaphragms holding synthetic resin plates between two opposite synthetic resin plates using synthetic resin such as polypropylene superior in mold releasing performance, for a material is set to a molding material for the exterior surface and a synthetic resin foam mold is used for the interior heat insulation. A dedicated separator 5 and a dedicated retainer are used for retaining and fixing the mold so as to eliminate the nut fixing.
