PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide strength for an inexpensive rocker arm body of a pressed product and capable of guiding a valve stem. SOLUTION: This rocker arm body 2 is provided with a main portion 2a formed into a groove opened upward and a grooved portion 2b opened downward. The grooved portion 2b is formed of first and second side walls 11, 12 facing each other and a top wall 14. The top wall 14 reaches the second side wall 12 in a state bent by press forming from the upper end of the first side wall 11, and is fixed to the second side wall 12 by welding.
