PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify manufacture and assembly processes and improve strength and a sense of high quality while taking advantages of a paper-made lunch box. SOLUTION: This assembly type tiered boxes made of paper comprise a combination of multi-layered paper-made containers and a lid each having a pair of front and rear plates 2, 3 and a pair of left and right plates 4, 5 around a bottom plate 1. The front and rear plates 2, 3 in each paper container comprise outer walls 21, 31, upper rim overlaps 22, 32, receives 23, 33, inner walls 24, 34 and bottom plate overlaps 25, 35 which are sequentially connected outwardly from the bottom plate 1. The upper rim overlaps 22, 32 are stuck to the outer walls 21, 31 and the bottom plate overlaps 25, 35 are stuck to the bottom plate 1, respectively. Further, the left and right plates 4, 5 of each paper-made container A comprise outer walls 41, 51, inner walls 42, 52 and bottom plate overlaps 43, 54 which are sequentially connected outwardly from the bottom plate 1. When assembling each paper-made container, the respective plates 2 to 5 are made to stand in a taper having a larger flat opening than a side of the bottom plate 1, so that front and rear rims of the bottom plate 1 of the paper-made container on an upper stage are seated in the receives 23, 33 in the front and rear plates 2, 3 of a lower container. Then, partition trays made of a resin are placed in the paper-made container. |
