摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing thermal implanted composite friction/abrasion-proof material by reinforcing fiber is provided to impregnate various kinds of fabrics into various kinds of resins and thermo-harden the fabrics by rolling the same on a cylinder-type metal mold or laminating the same so as to process them into engineering plastics of desired shapes with heat/abrasion-proof property. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing thermo-planted composite friction/abrasion-proof material by reinforcing fiber comprises the steps of: impregnating resins (20), e.g., phenol, polyester, epoxy, etc. into a resin impregnating tank (21) so as to keep the temperature at 15 to 25degees celsius, and injecting and mixing additives including teflon, molybdenum and carbon with the resins; passing rolled fabrics through the resin impregnating tank so as to keep the speed 1.1 m/min or so and making a prepreg having the impregnated resin of 0.5 to 0.6mm; turning a predetermined amount of prepreg on a cylinder-type metal mold (30) and heat processing the same in a heat-processing stove (40) at 120 to 190 degees celsius for one hour to five hours; separating the heat-processed mold materials (50) from the metal mold and processing the same according to their internal/external diameters.
