PURPOSE: A high temperature/low temperature treatment device is provided to achieve an efficient treatment while allowing the high temperature radiation unit and low temperature radiation unit to be used together so as to alternate high temperature radiation time period and low temperature radiation time period. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a high temperature radiation unit(101), a low temperature radiation unit(201) arranged around the high temperature radiation unit(101), a moving unit for moving the units(101,201), and a control unit(300) having a high temperature radiation time period controller for controlling "on" time period of the high temperature radiation unit(101), a low temperature radiation time period controller for controlling "on" time period of the low temperature radiation unit(201), and a controller for controlling the movement time of the moving unit. The high temperature radiation unit is an infrared ray lamp or a far infrared ray lamp, and the low temperature radiation unit is connected to a cryo-pump(207) so as to radiate a low temperature.
