PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door glass construction inside the main body of a door which does not generate abnormal rubbing sound even though a door glass soiled with dust or mud water is lifted or lowered. SOLUTION: According to the guide construction of this lift door glass, a sash 4A made of a synthetic resin with an almost channel-shaped cross section is installed in a vertical direction inside the main body of a door so as to extend downward the vertical frame portion of the door frame, flexible glass guide portions 5A pinching a door glass 3 at the inner surfaces of side walls 41a, 41b facing each other in the sash 4A are formed and, at least to a glass guide portion 5A of the side wall 41b outside of a motor vehicle among the side walls 41b, a pointed tip edge 63 sliding with the door glass 3 forms a projected portion 6 extending in the up-down direction of the door glass is formed at an end portion adjacent to a bottom surface 42 of the sash 4A.
