PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present good appearance, enable simple and good accuracy construction, and stably support a cover even if many fallen leaves are accumulated by placing a frame with support legs on the base of an eaves gutter with an upper surface opened, and supporting a fallen leaves proof cover disposed facing to the upper opening part of the eaves gutter on the upper side of the frame. SOLUTION: A frame 4 with support legs 3 is placed on the base of an eaves gutter 1 with an upper surface opened, and a fallen leaves proof cover 2 disposed facing the upper opening part of the eaves gutter 1 is supported on the upper side thereof. The frame 4 is formed like an inverted U-shape by a pair of right and left support legs 3 and a connecting part which connects between both upper ends of the respective support legs 3 and has a central upper part formed substantially like a T-shape. While obtaining the horizontality of the fallen leaves proof cover 2, thin cuttable parts provided on the paired support legs 3 are cut according to the shape of the eaves gutter 1, the lower surface of the fallen leaves proof cover 2 is supported by the upper surface of the connecting part between the paired support legs 3, and the cover locking parts at both right and left ends of the cover support surface locks both end parts of the fallen leaves proof cover 2.
