PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form an underground space by effectively utilizing an inclined land. SOLUTION: In the case where a unit building 1 having an underground part 13 is constructed on the upper part 4 of an inclined land 3, a box-shaped steel underground unit 12 formed in a mudular dimension the same as that of a box-shaped building unit 10 of the unit building 1 is buried in the upside of the inclined land 3. Then, the box-shaped building units 10 are arranged, being connected horizontally with the box-shaped steel underground unit 12, on the downside facing a front road 2 of the inclined land 3.
