A peripheral wall portion 10b annularly surrounding around the cores 12, 13,... is cut from the upper surface 10a to a bottom surface of the boring 12h, 13h,... to form a nozzle stub 11. Apertures penetrating through the cores 12, 13,... and the nozzle stub 11 and the nozzles 12, 13,... are formed in an integral structure.
