PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining method of a nozzle stub integral structure type nozzle which does not receive a restriction of a nozzle length and in which a cutting efficiency is good, a uniformity of a quality is excellent and a tool cost is cheap. SOLUTION: A boring work is applied to an upper surface 10a of a mother material to which a nozzle stub and a nozzle should be integrally formed so as to remain cores 12, 13,... corresponding to an outer diameter and a length of the nozzle which should be formed by a cutting tool 20 having an outer blade 22 and an inner blade 23 at a tip end of a cylindrical holder 21. A peripheral wall portion 10b annularly surrounding around the cores 12, 13,... is cut from the upper surface 10a to a bottom surface of the boring 12h, 13h,... to form a nozzle stub 11. Apertures penetrating through the cores 12, 13,... and the nozzle stub 11 and the nozzles 12, 13,... are formed in an integral structure.
