PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly activate the skin by making a positive electrode and a negative electrode contact with the body of a user at a time to configure a biological cell so as to stimulate the skin electrically. SOLUTION: This electric patting booster comprises a positive electrode 1, a negative electrode 2, and a circular base part 3 between them. The positive electrode 1 is made of a conductive material of higher normal electrode potential than the negative electrode 2, which is made of a conductive material of lower normal electrode potential than the positive electrode 1. The positive electrode 1 is contact with the skin of a user through cotton impregnated with ion component and the negative electrode 2 is directly in contact with a middle finger of the user at a time to configure a biological cell element. Thus, electrical stimulation is given to the skin through the conductive material. A result is that the skin is significantly activated and cosmetic component can be migrated into the skin by an iontophoresis effect.
