PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overshoes-type sandal which gives an excellent skid- proof effect and which does not damage a floor surface even if used for an indoor work. SOLUTION: A sand-paper-like skid-proof sheet 4 precut to a predetermined shape and a sole 2 made of a rubber-like composition are integrally formed. For the skid-proof sheet 4, a base material of waterproof paper or cloth is coated with a resin layer, and granular substance of an artificial or natural material is scattered over the resin layer coated thereon and further applying resin over the granular substance to form a resin layer.
