PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized, light tool for putting out cigarette smoke, portable to any place to allow smoking there, and useful for a smoker suffering diminishing smoking areas in the strong campaigns against smoking, thus solving the problems involved in the conventional tools including an ash tray and air cleaner, and, although allowing smoking at a specific site, unsuitable for carrying. SOLUTION: This tool comprises a portable case holding a dust-inducing filter, which filters smoke from a lit-up cigarette 20, put in the case, and expired smoke.
