PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding machine capable of efficiently replacing a material and a material replacing method for the injection molding machine. SOLUTION: An injection molding machine 1 is constituted so that a nozzle 5 constituting an injection device 7 is brought into contact with a mold 8 under pressure and a molten resin is filled into the mold trough the nozzle to mold a product. In this case, a resistance member 9 mounted on the nozzle at the time of replacement of a material to apply resistance to the resin discharged from the nozzle is provided.
