COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL FOR CUTTING OFF CALLS IN FORCIBLE VIBRATION MODE SIGNAL

摘要

PURPOSE: A communication protocol is provided to cut off calls of cellular phones to prevent noise pollution by forcibly changing bell modes of the cellular phones into vibration modes in specific areas. CONSTITUTION: A communication protocol interrupts voice communication to perform text message communication in public places in which bell modes of cellular phones are changed into vibration modes. Voice transmissions are cut off when the voice communication is interrupted. Sounds of look-up tables or text messages are transmitted.
