PURPOSE: A method for calculating real time moving expenses is provided so that clients can be effectively managed by precisely making out an estimate for moving expenses. CONSTITUTION: A cyber moving client(3) connected to a cyber moving server(4) for managing a moving information database(7) makes out an estimate(S1), inputs client information(S2), moving information(S3), option information(S4), room information(S5), living room information(S6), kitchen/dining room information(S7), front/rear balcony information(S8), multi-use chamber information(S9) and other items information(S10), checks a storehouse(S11), inputs storehouse storage service information(S12), confirms total moving expenses(S13), and inputs an using motive. Thereafter, when the items to be moved and the number of the items are inputted, a cubic meter(CBM) value and a transportation unit cost per the CBM are applied, thereby calculating the total moving expenses. When the contents of the estimate are inputted, a written contract is automatically made out(S14-S15). A work instruction is made out(S16), and a client, statistical data and a vehicle are managed. Accordingly, when the user requests an estimate by inputting items to be moved and its number, the real time moving expenses can be calculated by making out the estimate, contract and work instruction, and applying the transportation unit cost per the CBM. |
