<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate, from contents, moisture, oil, juice or the like generated from the contents by forming a dent on a base or on the base and on a side wall and providing a gas-permeable sheet layer to form a void on an upper surface of the dent. SOLUTION: Groove-like dents 2 arranged in parallel are formed on a base of a container body 4 of a tray 1. A gas-permeable sheet layer 5 comprising non-woven fabric is provided along an entire periphery of an internal wall surface of the container body 4. A void 3 is formed in the dent 2 by preventing the sheet layer 5 from coming into tight contact with the container body 4 on the dents 2 on the container base. This constitution allows moisture, oil or drips like juice generated from contents in a container to be reserved in the voids 3. The drips reserved in the voids 3 may be separated from the contents via the gas-permeable sheet layer 5, whereby a taste of the contents may not be degraded and decay can be prevented from advancing.</p> |
