PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a rear window in a flat state when a soft top is unfolded by attaching a flexible thereto. SOLUTION: A soft top 13 is composed of a top portion 31, side portions 32, 32, and a rear portion 34 with a rectangular rear window 33. The top portion 31 is provided with a plurality of bars. A plurality of links are provided from the side portions 32, 32 through to the top portion 31 so that the soft top 13 is folded to a predetermined shape. The rear window 33 is made of a transparent soft resin. Further, a cover 35 of the rear window 33 is made with a soft resin adhered to the cover surface. Accordingly, the folding endurance is improved. In the rear portion 34 a flexible upper frame member 37 is attached in parallel with an upper side, on the backside above the upper side 36. In the rear portion 34, a flexible lower frame member 41 is also attached in parallel with a lower side 38, on the backside below the lower side 38.
