PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene resin composition having excellent flame retardancy even through it is colored blue by blending a specific amount of a phthalocyanine compound containing aβcrystalline form of phthalocyanine in a specific ratio (the amount of aβform of phthalocyanine/the total amount of phthalocyanine ratio by weight), based on a composition comprising a respectively specific amount of a propylene resin and a flame retardant. SOLUTION: A blue-colored, flame-retardant resin composition is produced by blending 0.4-3 pts.wt. phtahlocyanine compound containing aβform of phthalocyanine in a ratio of 0.4-1, based on 100 pts.wt. composition comprising 70-95 pts.wt. propylene resin and 5-30 pts.wt. flame retardant. Preferably, the flame retardant is one selected from the group consisting of (A) a halogen- containing flame retardant and an antimony oxide, (B) the combination of a phosphorus compound and a nitrogen compound, the combination of a phosphorus compound, a nitrogen compound and a hydroxyl-containing compound or the combination of a phosphorus compound and a hydroxyl-containing nitrogen compound and (C) a silicon compound.
