PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing which is used for a heat roll of a fixing part of office apparatus such as a copier, a laser beam printer, a fax or a compound machine thereof, and which can reduce heat escaping from a high temperature heat roll to the outside so as to accomplish energy saving of the office apparatus. SOLUTION: This rolling bearing includes a freely rotatable mover, a support for supporting the mover, plural rolling elements disposed between the mover and the support to roll with the rotation of the mover, and a lubricant filled in a void part which is formed between the mover and the support and in which the rolling element are housed, wherein at least the rolling element is formed of material having thermal conductivity of 40 W/m.k or less.
