PURPOSE: A folding chair equipped a separable table is provided, which pursues the diversity on usage and the convenience and is easy to use, to carry, to keep and magnifies the utilization of space. CONSTITUTION: A folding chair equipped a separable table comprises the steps of; installing a folding chair (10)(10') to be connected oppositely at regular spaces; fixing a guide stand (21) vertically on the rear of a support tool (12d) to the rear of a stand for the back of a chair (16); connecting a stand for the back of a chair (16) and a guide stand (21) by a supplementary coupling tool (25); interposing a guide tool (22) going up and down in a guide stand (21); connecting the lower end of a table (30) to be movable back and forth to the outer of a guide tool (22); forming a support extension end (25a) for a supplementary coupling tool (25) at a level with a vertical stand (26) to support the both sides of a table (30) horizontally.
