PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a private garden to improve the aspect of a dwelling by sandwiching a building to arrange the garden surrounded by a fops on the other side. SOLUTION: A T-shaped two-storied building 2 in plan view is constructed on the center of a site 1 of which north side and east side face a road. A garden 3 is surrounded by the fence 8 of height of 2 m formed continuously from the side wall of the building 2. A warehouse and a drying space are arranged in the inside of the garden 3, and a dwelling facility such as a gas comb and a hot water device is arranged. In addition, the garden 3 is utilized as a space for temporarily storing delivery matters for collection of non-inflammable refuse, waste matters or the like. Thereby the building is arranged on the center of the site, the garden is arranged on one side of the site by sandwiching the building, and since the garden surrounded by the fence is arranged on the other side, the private garden capable of concealing things desired not to be exposed to other persons and impairing the aspect of the dwelling from the outside is formed to improve the aspect of the dwelling.
