PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the strength of a cover provided on a closing cover covering over an outlet fitting hole formed in a floor panel and exposing a cord insertion hole by bending it down. SOLUTION: In a device having two slits, whose one end extends to a flange side end and other end extends to a central side prescribed point deviated from the flange part, formed in a closing cover for the outlet fitting hole in a floor panel mounted on a flange part which is formed one stage lower than the upper surface of the floor panel in the circumference of the outlet fitting hole opened in a side edge of the floor panel, setting the interval between the slits to a covering cover, and exposing the cord insertion hole by bending down the covering cover, a reinforcing structure for increasing withstand load of the covering cover part is provided on the covering cover part.
