PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make precise calibration by correcting spherical aberration, obtaining a fixed measured value regardless of the measurement light flux diameter and alignment, extending the distance to a fundus equivalent face, and weakening the reflected measurement received light quantity. SOLUTION: A low-refraction factor glass body 1 and a high-refraction factor glass body 2 are fayed on the concave faying face 3 of the glass body 2. A cornea equivalent face 4 in the front of the glass body 1 has nearly the same curvature as that of the cornea of a human eye, the edge section 5 of the faying face 3 corresponds to a pupil, and the optical distance from the cornea equivalent face 4 is about 3 mm.
