PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deaerate in a short time by operating a press panel operated by an air cylinder for a packaged bag while the packaged bag is carried on a conveyor belt in a press type deaeration device for deaerating a packaged bag filled with rice and grains. SOLUTION: A conveyor section 3 is provided on the upper section of a stand section 2, while a press section 4 including a supporting frame 4A is provided above an intermediate section of the stand section 2. The press section 4 is constituted of a press panel 4C lifted and lowered by the operation of an air cylinder 4B, and the press panel 4C is provided with a press section 4C2 with its lower face central section formed into almost the U-shape on the lower face of a base section of oblong square shape from the front to the rear. When the packaged bag is carried on a conveyor belt 3A and the packaged bag is positioned right under the press panel 4C, the press section 4 is actuated by an output signal from a photoelectric sensor 5 for sensing the arrival of the packaged bag, and the packaged bag is pressed by the press panel 4C lowered by the air cylinder 4B to deaerate the inside.
