PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for picture drawing together with a method for coloring a transfer plate with upper colors. SOLUTION: A method for upper picture drawing a pottery with a transfer plate of a pressed flower comprises the steps of forming a pressed flower 1 pressed and dried by about 10 to 40% of its moisture from a raw flower constituted of a plurality of petals or partly superposed raw leaves to provide a transfer design 5 on a thin Japanese paper 3 surface, providing a foamed sheet 6, and adhering the sheet 3 to one side surface of the sheet 6 through an adhesive 7 with the design 5 disposed at front side. The method further comprises the steps of adhering a double-sided sticky tape 8 to the paper 3 surface, adhering the sticky surface with a site of the flower at its flower core site disposed at a front side and at its leaf site disposed at its rear side front side, providing a transfer plate 9, coloring its profile line with upper colors, and transferring the upper colors to two surfaces of a tray or the like of the pottery. The method further comprises the steps of taking looks with upper of additionally arbitrary colors in the transferred profile line, lightly needle carving it while holding it at 70 to 90 degrees, finishing the coloring to place it, and filling it in a furnace to bake it.
