PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stain resistance without discoloring even a direct fire comes into contact by laminating a pattern layer on the surface of a metal veneer to become a base material, and laminating a protective layer made of a coating film of a liquid repellent resin. SOLUTION: A metal decorative veneer is obtained by laminating a pattern layer 2 on the surface of a metal veneer 1 to become the base material, and laminating a layer 3 made of a liquid repellent resin. The layer 3 may be obtained by laminating a coated layer of liquid repellent resin or laminating a separately formed liquid repellent resin sheet. The veneer 1 is easily bending or throttling in the case of using aluminum or particularly aluminum alloy. The layer 2 is normally directly printed or formed by once printing it on another temporary base material sheet and then transferring it. A material for directly constituting the layer 2 is a synthetic resin binder, coloring agent or the like. The layer 3 is solely of a silicon compound or a fluorine compound or a sheet or a coating film containing much of these compounds.
