发明名称 METHOD FOR PREPARING SUPPORTED CATALYST FOR USE IN ETHYLENE POLYMERIZATION AND ETHYLENE/ALPHA-OLEFIN COPOLYMERIZATION
摘要 PURPOSE: A catalyst for use in ethylene polymerization and ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymerization, in particular gas phase polymerization is provided to obtain a polymer having narrow particle diameter distribution and increased apparent density as well as to obtain a polymer in which the content of low molecular weight polymer extracted with hexane is low. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a supported catalyst for use in ethylene polymerization and ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymerization according to the present invention comprises the steps: a) reacting organic magnesium compound having the formula MgPh2.nMgCl2.mR2O(wherein Ph=phenyl, n=0.37 to 0.7, m≧1 and R2O=ether) and organic chlorine compound at temperature between -20 degees celsius and 80 degees celsius with the mole ratio of organic chlorine compound to magnesium more than 0.5; b) treating the obtained magnesium-containing carrier with oxygen-containing titanium compound; and c) treating with dimethyl formamide, dibutyl ether, diisoamyl ether or tetrahydrofuran as an electron donor.
