PURPOSE: A rotary charcoal meat roaster is provided, which shortens cooking hours by heating meat evenly and promotes thermal efficiency by controlling displacement and lengthening the stay of a heat source and reduces the produced quantity of smoke and smell to the minimum CONSTITUTION: A rotary charcoal meat roaster comprises; installing a meat-fixing tool (30) on a circular plate (12)(12') of a main body (10); installing a heating tool (40) in the center of a meat-fixing tool (30); connecting an air supply pipe (42) for supplying enough air to a heating tool (40) during combusting; placing an oil holder (50), which prevents the oil came out of meat from dropping to a heating tool (40); placing an exhaust port (22)(23) on the upper and lower part of a main body (10) to control displacement.
