Between the primary thrusts the vehicle superstructure own frequency is allowed to be developed. The device comprises a frame (1) in which is suspended a swinging arm with concentrated mass (3) which oscillates to and from the vehicle superstructure (6). A further device (18) is incorporated for imparting potential energy to the swinging arm in the starting position for swinging against the vehicle superstructure. Other devices take hold of the swinging arm when it swings backwards, in order to bring it to the starting position.
