PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi stage card connector which can be made to have a low overall profile in a height direction when being connected to a board connector. SOLUTION: Contacts 21 and 22 which are held by insulators 11 and 12 of a two stage card connector 1 have bend parts 25 and 26, one of which is bend upward and the other of which is bent downward, and both of the bend parts are aligned in a box of aligning members 19. Board side contact points 27 and 28 of the contacts 21 and 22 are connected to a board contact 103 of a board connector 101. As a result, this configuration makes it possible that the two stage connector 1 have a low overall profile in a height direction when being implemented in an equipment main frame because a board 100 and the board connector 101 can be arranged within the height H of the two stage card connector 1. |
